Har pegasus mail som min mailhanterare (eller vad det nu heter). Idag kan jag helt plötsligt inte skicka mail. Har bytt till bredband för ett tag sedan och skickat mail efter det. Idag går de ej iväg och säger:
Pegasus Mail cannot connect to the host you have specified (Unknown).
Make sure that your TCP/IP network driver is properly installed and configured, and that you have entered the correct host details in your Network Configuration Dialog. You should also confirm with the manager of the host machine that it is actually running a server for the protocol you were trying to use (POP3 if receiving mail or SMTP if sending it).
Note: some Windows Sockets implementations handle requests for address resolution in non-standard ways; if everything else appears to be correct and you have entered the host's name in domain name format, try entering it as a dotted IP address instead, or vice- versa
